I design systems that survive contact with reality.
I’m Joseph Pereira – a senior business systems architect, Salesforce migration specialist, automation builder, and unapologetic over-engineer. I help teams turn messy systems, tangled data, and ambitious ideas into things that actually work.
Strategy, systems, code, sensors, and sawdust.
The through-line is simple: understand the real problem, model the moving parts, then build something robust enough for the messy world it has to live in.
Equal parts architect, translator, and problem-hunter.
I work at the intersection of business systems, data, integrations, and practical execution. My favourite problems are the ones where the technical solution has to respect human workflows, governance, deadlines, risk, and the uncomfortable details hiding in the data.
Outside enterprise systems, I build things: smart home controls, ESP32 devices, automation dashboards, LED effects, 3D-printed prototypes, and the occasional project that starts with “this should be simple” and ends with a custom sensor network.
Built on engineering, business, and curiosity.
My work combines formal systems architecture with hands-on experimentation. That mix makes me unusually good at seeing both the executive-level model and the tiny implementation detail that might quietly break it.
Have a messy system, ambitious build, or impossible migration?
I like problems with moving parts. Especially the ones where the first answer is “technically yes, but…”
